There is a Support area with FAQs specific to the Dog Park accessible from any page of the Dog Park via the top navigation menu. You do not need to be signed in to access this self-help option.
If you are signed in to the Dog Park, you can ask the Dog Aging Project staff directly and privately without leaving the platform using the Private Support Forum. Anything you post there will be viewable only by staff. This option ensures a speedier response as any staff member can respond.
Finally, you may always contact our support team directly. The Dog Park includes a contact form to make that easy. Please note that support requests may take 48-72 hours to receive a response.
